Especially areas like China Town, the Finical District (home to the Carlyle Building, and Freedom Towers), etc.

	OK folks, Skydiver's sheet is up, as well as background info on BSI and some info on the Guardians. let me know what you think of BSI, as you guy's will be having a lot of contact with them.

	One quick request, can I have everyone PM me their email addresses, just to make sure I've got the correct ones. I'm going to send out a group email to make sure everything is working correctly. Also, if you guys get a minute, you may want to read over the info on BSI, as you're going to be dealing with them on the regular, and take a quick look at the stuff on the Guardians too. Remember they're this world's JL/Avengers and you'll be hearing their names come up a lot.

	One more character to finish up (and I'm working with Hammer to finish him now), and we'll kick this sucker off. The goal is for me to post the first turn Monday night, and give you guys until Sunday to reply. I figure that should be enough time for people to list out their actions. 	I've posted additional BSI background info. I'm planning on posting info on the ECPD, and it's MCU this weekend, as well as some stuff on the Guardians (but not to much as I've got a few surprises planned that involve them ) Also, I'd really like to here feedback on the stuff I've posted so far. I want you guys to enjoy this, and the only way I'll know that is by you posting your thoughts.

	Wow, Silver Star is fantastic. There are the makings of a very interesting team. Love the BSI and Guardians. I have a question of the political environment of the BSI. While I wouldn't expect the extreme worse, I also don't expect the best either. Here is the basic range of political attitudes for gov't organizations in both RPG or Comics that I can think of. They range from: PCs are Deputies carrying out the organizations goals and objectives. After proper training they can serve attached to liaisons or as independent operatives (Real Life examples: Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer Sheriff Deputies) PCs are Heroes doing their country a major service. As long as they obey the laws of the land they are entitled to their individual freedoms (RL examples: Guardian Angels and Neighborhood Watch Problems) . PCs are Interlopers into a responsibility of the government but there are laws which allow this and the gov't will tolerate it as long as they stay in line (RL: Private Investigators, Body Guards, and Private Security firms) PCs are Vigilantes who are breaking the law for the good of society. There are times we need their help but we will still have to persecute them for their minor law violations. Various political action committees are trying to restrict their activities while opposing pacs are trying to expand them. (RL: A citizens use of firearms). PCs are Criminals who think they are helping but their help isn't wanted. (RL: Texas Militia guarding private property on Texas Border from illegal immigrant crossings.)

And yes, my answer was intentionally left vague for a reason. In general, the vast majority of BSI employees, as well as any other government entities you come into contact with, are on the side of the angels and are out their fighting the good fight. So you're not going to have to worry about jack booted government storm troopers hunting you down in the streets (well at least not at least until we get the ball rolling).

	I've added more info on BSI, cuase I'm anal like that, and I'll be fleshing out info on the Guardians later today. Also, you guys should be on the lookout for some stuff on Friday that willl help me set up the first gaming session, and it'll give you a feel on how I plan to provide you with info.
