Does an Ice attack build up ice if it hits Invulnerability that is greater than the damage caused?

Blind fighting, or fighting an invisible opponet
If a person is fighting in the dark, OR fighting an opponent that they cannot see, and they don’t know where they are, then the to hit roll is on a d100 rather than a d20.

The rule book notes that a GM might give out as much as 500 bonus Experience Points per session to a hero. What are your guidelines for giving out extra XP? I am interested in hearing others' approach...

Discusion of rules.
Some of the rules are a bit confusing. I would like some imput in interperting them. Like how do you do falling damage? And how do you figure out how far a character can jump?

Average hit points of characters in your games?
Been redoing my house rules recently and it got me to wondering. What kind of hit point ranges do your characters have? Does this vary based on campaign level (street, world, cosmic)?

For something to have a structural point, it most be a solid mass of something, with no moving parts, no complex systems, nothing that can be disturbed do to violent interaction.
